UEFA is planning to oblige the clubs of the Old Continent to reveal the wages of their players and the amounts they pay to the football agents.
This will be one of the conditions for clubs to get a license for the next season. Recent talks have been made about the fees paid to the players’ managers, and the amounts disclosed have caused serious comments.
The new rule, most likely to be introduced very soon, will help UEFA better monitor compliance with financial fair play in clubs and it will not be necessary to wait for the end of the financial year.
